Women’s Ministry

The women of Covenant Presbyterian Church strive to encourage one another to use their gifts for the good of the church, to edify one another through theological training, and to invest in each other’s lives through cross-generational friendships.

As with anything at Covenant, newcomers are always welcome at any event, so please feel free to invite others.

Bible Studies

Our Bible studies encourage women go deeper in their study of Scripture, discover how the Gospel applies to all of life, and to forge relationships that last a lifetime.

As a group we have utilized inductive Bible studies, verse-by-verse studies, and topical studies.  In recent years we have worked through the entire book of Hebrews, spent time with the “I Am” statements of Jesus, took a deep dive into seeing Jesus in the Old Testament with Nancy Guthrie, and explored the attributes of God using Jen Wilkin’s excellent books on the topic.

If you are interested in attending the CPC adult women’s Bible study, here’s what you should know:

Time: Tuesday Mornings at 9:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Location: Worship building at CPC
Childcare: Free child care is provided for babies and young children

For more information on our ladies Bible studies, please reach out to Penni Holt via email at penni.holt@gmail.com.

Fellowship

If you aren’t able to participate in the CPC Women’s Bible study, don’t worry! Throughout the year, the women of CPC have various activities that foster opportunities to fellowship with one another.
