Sharon Leigh has been the business manager at Covenant since 1987. She and her husband, Dick, joined Covenant in 1972. They have raised two daughters together.

Sharon grew up in Lexington, NE, where she earned an associate of arts degree. In addition to her role at Covenant, Sharon is an accounting assistant and purchasing coordinator for The Geneva School in Winter Park.
